Ikebana is the Japanese art of
flower arrangement. Ikebana is a three-dimensional artistic expression of
flowers and plants.
The Ikebana arranger can use any kind of vase. Materials can be fresh,
artificial or waste. Once Ikebana is expressed, a new
dimension of liveliness and value is attained. Ikebana can be arranged by anyone
and anywhere.
Ikebana is a clear example of
perfect harmony between man and nature. Perhaps nothing else brings these two
into such a proximity.
